Is premarital counseling required?

Premarital counselling is not a requirement. However, it is highly recommended. Our classes give you the tools to be able to handle the good, the bad and the ugly that will come up in any marriage.

For Florida residents there is a 3 day waiting period from the time you receive your marriage license. The 3 day waiting period is waived if both the bride and groom have received premarital counseling from a certified premarital course provider.
