  1. If you don’t plan – disaster is inevitable. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Your wedding day is ONE DAY. Things must be organized.
  2. A timeline allows the VIP (Bride, Groom, Bridal party, Parents) to be aware of the where they need to meet, the time they will be meeting, the time they need to be dressed and the times of the organized events throughout the course of the day i.e. maid of honor/ best man speech, picture times etc..
  3. All vendors will be on the same page. They will know the times that items should be delivered, set up and broken down. (florist, baker, hair stylist, make up  artist, photographer, videographer, DJ, photo booth attendant, rentals). e.g. Photographer is booked from 1:00 pm – 6:00 p.m. however the cake cutting and bouquet toss is not until 7.00 pm…. a timeline would have prevented mishaps.
  4. A timeline is a planner’s lifeline – it list absolutely everything from Bridal Party and Vendors contact numbers, DJ Song Play List, Seating Charts etc…. if any of the vendors are missing anything, or for some reason a vendor is late – we have access to everything without having to flick through 40 pages of notes.
