    On your Marriage License, you have an option of having 2 witnesses signs. (Not mandatory).

    Would you like for us to mail your notarized marriage license to the Clerk's Office?

    Would you like for us to manage your wedding rehearsal?

    This agreement, made between Experience Love Events (known in this contract as)" The Officiant" and the bride and groom (signed hereon this form as typed names) "the Couple" is for the purpose of retaining Sheena Brown to perform a wedding ceremony on the Couple's behalf.

    1. Officiant agrees to provide wedding services to Couple on the date, time and location of ceremony listed within this agreement.

    2. Each couple agrees to supply detailed directions to location in writing at least 2 (two) weeks prior to set date. Information may be provided via email.

    4. * Ceremony fees include Ceremony Preparation & Filing of the Marriage License

      We can incorporate many different special aspects into your ceremony. If you would like for me to physically provide any special elements, please put a check mark. (Cocktail table will be provided)

      • If you would like to bring your own specialty items, you will be responsible for furnishing all equipment needed to perform such feature(s) as well as set up. Alternatively, these items may be purchased from us.

      • ii. If the Event location charges a fee for parking, Client is responsible to have Officiant's parking fee validated or to provide cash to cover the parking fee.

    5. A non-refundable deposit 50% deposit must be paid before the wedding date is confirmed on the Officiant's schedule. Deposit may be made through Zelle to Sheena Brown (954) 667-2146.

    6. The balance of the selected service will be due 2 (two) weeks before the specified wedding date. Failure to pay the selected service amount, in full when due, will release the Officiant from providing any services to the Couple under this Agreement.

    7. Officiant agrees to be available to the Couple to provide support and guidance during the preparation and planning stages, (if not in person, then by email or phone) until the conclusion of the ceremony is reached. In the same way, the Couple agrees to be available to the Officiant for whatever purpose deemed necessary for the completion of the written ceremony.

    8. Officiant agrees to perform the ceremony in a professional and respectful manner, in accordance with the ceremony planned by the Couple.

    9. The Couple agrees to acknowledge the services being provided by the Officiant, in a dignified and respectful manner and if there is any discrepancy regarding services of Officiant, the Couple must submit a full report to Experience Love Events immediately in order that the parties involved can reach a resolution.

    10. LATE FEES: No refund will be given if the officiant is not able to perform the ceremony because of delays beyond the stipulated time. If, for whatever reason, the ceremony begins 30 minutes or more after the scheduled time, the customer will be charged an additional $50 per hour. These costs are due before the signing of the marriage license.

    11. 10.TRAVEL+ EXPENSES: Any trip of more than10 miles from the official address will be charged
      $1.00 per mile (return) + tolls (if applicable). Additional travel expenses may include a one- or two-night stay at the hotel if rehearsals and/or wedding are more than 90 miles for the night prior to the wedding. Hotel accommodation is required on the following terms:

      • If the wedding takes place before 10:00 a.m. and more than 90 miles apart (the previous night should be covered)

      • If the wedding is after 7pm and more 90 miles away (night of the wedding should be covered).

      • If the wedding is more than 90 miles away and a rehearsal service is requested the night

    12. MARRIAGE LICENSE: It is the Client's responsibility to acquire a valid marriage license and have the marriage license at the Event when the Services are rendered as license will be signed on the day. Client agrees that failure to have a valid marriage license at the time of the Event means that the Officiant cannot legally perform the ceremony. Officiant may at his discretion perform a symbolic ceremony, which will have no legal merit. Officiant will return the completed marriage license by United States Postal Service First -Class mail or equivalent within two (2) business days to the county recorder of the county in which the license was issued. (It takes up to 8 weeks for you to receive your certificate of marri age). In the event, the marriage license is not received by the county recorder; Officiant will cooperate with the Client and county recorder to resolve the issue. Cost for replacement license, if any; will be assumed by the Client.

    13. IMAGE RELEASE: Client agrees that Officiant may use any images and stories from the Event for any means of promotion, including advertising and display on websites or blogs, unless otherwise stated by Client. Clients waive any right to payment, royalties or any other consideration for the use of the images or stories.

    14. In the unlikely event that the Officiant is unable to perform the ceremony for whatever reason, the Officiant will contact one (1) associate with Experience Love Events or another qualified substitute replacement. In the unlikely event that a replacement cannot be found, then Experience Love Events will make a full refund of any deposit paid by the Couple; however, the Couple agrees that the refund will be the full extent of damages they are entitled to, and no further damages may be sought against the Officiant, or any persons affiliated with Experience Love Events.

    15. This contract will guarantee the Officiant's availability for the Couples' wedding date and time; thus, preventing the Officiant from booking another wedding at the same date and time. If for any reason, a decision is made not to use the services of the Officiant after retainment, the deposit will not be refunded.

    16. If, for any reason, the wedding is cancelled less than seven (7) days before the contract ceremony date, the Couple agrees to be responsible for the Officiant's full agreed upon balance. If you postpone your wedding and officiant is available on the proposed date - the new contract will stand in effect ~ balance will be due 2 weeks prior to new wedding date.

    SIGNATURE & ACCEPTANCE

    THIS CONTRACT, ONCE SIGNED, IS CONSIDERED BY ALL PARTIES WITHIN TO BE LEGAL AND BINDING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN, AND ALL SHALL ABIDE BY THE AGREED UPON TERMS.
